SERVICES

GENERAL

All cobwebs are removed.
Woodwork, including baseboards, door frames and door panels, window frames, and window sills are dusted.
Blinds, pictures and wall hangings are dusted.
Items are moved to dust and light weight furniture is moved to vacuum.
Windows are spot cleaned as needed.
Walls, especially around switch plates, are spot cleaned.
All trash is emptied.
Phone receivers are cleaned and sanitized.
Stairway areas are swept or vacuumed if carpeted.

LIVING ROOM AREAS

All areas are picked up and pillows are fluffed and straightened.
Wood furniture is dusted. If requested and provided by the customer, we will polish the furniture with the customer’s polish of choice.
Glass top tables are cleaned.
Glass in the entrance way door is cleaned.
Carpeting is vacuumed and any hard floor surface is cleaned on hands and knees.
Sliding glass doors are cleaned on the inside and outside, weather permitting.

THE KITCHEN

Any dirty dishes are washed.
Appliances are cleaned and polished as follows:
- Stove/oven: Includes top, front and sides, burner pans, knobs and range hood (oven by request).
- Refrigerator: Includes the top, front and sides (inside by request).
- Dishwasher: Includes the front and frame sides.
- Microwave: Includes cleaning the inside and outside.
Table and chairs (including legs and any armrests) are damp wiped.
The outside of cabinets and drawers are damp wiped.
Counters and back splashes are cleaned, sanitized and dried/polished. We move all items on counter tops, clean them and return them to their original position.
Kitchen sink window is cleaned and other windows are spot cleaned as needed.
Floor is swept and cleaned on hands and knees.
Light fixtures, including light bulbs, are cleaned.

BATHROOM

Inside of reachable windows are cleaned, as needed, and sills dusted.
Light fixtures, including light bulbs, are cleaned.
Tub, shower stall and doors are cleaned, sanitized and dried/polished.
Toilets are cleaned and sanitized.
Vanities are cleaned and dried/polished. All items on the vanity are moved for cleaning and cleaned before returning to their original position.
Sinks and faucets are cleaned, sanitized and polished.
Mirrors are cleaned and polished.
Floors are swept and cleaned on hands and knees – SPECIAL CLEANING REQUESTS
